When the current of the fan is too large, it is easy to cause a series of problems, so when such problems are encountered, they must be solved in time to prevent future troubles. 

If the input voltage is too low or the power supply is cut off in one direction, check the voltage in time to see if the power supply is normal; if the coupling is not connected correctly, the apron is too tight or the gap is uneven, it must be re-adjusted. 

The filter screen is dirty and clogged, and the fan current is too large. The filter screen is located on the top of the gas turbine, and the cleanliness of the nearby air can be guaranteed to a greater extent. However, if there is oil leakage, water leakage, and steam leakage in the nearby bearing area, it is not ideal. In the operating environment, impurities may be inhaled near the filter screen mouth, and after the impurities collect on the surface of the filter material of the filter element, it will further aggravate the blockage of the fan filter screen. In this case, the fan continues to have large running current, frequent switching, abnormal sound during operation, and the running sound is aggravated and rough. 

Opatření pro úpravu jsou: 1. Najděte abnormální bod prostředí blízko vstupu do filtru ventilátoru, abyste eliminovali únik vody, oleje a plynu; 2. Proveďte nebo opravte frekvenci demontáže a čištění filtru ventilátoru a nastavte demontáž filtru ventilátoru podle frekvence abnormálních událostí. Frekvence demontáže a mytí vodou udržuje filtr ventilátoru v normálním provozním stavu.
